Level 1 Breakthrough Breathwork is a deep dive into your subconscious to let go of old stories, patterns, and behaviors.

It is designed to help your nervous system become familiar with both myself and the session.

The cost is $88 per person, Minium persons 5.

​

The entire session lasts between 2 to 2.5 hours, including approximately 20 minutes for explanation, 45 minutes of Breathing, and the remaining time dedicated to integration.

For safety reasons you must attend Level 1 (2 to 3 times) before progressing to my Level 2 session, and eventually, Participating in a MA - HA - REY Retreat.
